5. Coaching Sessions via Zoom

Coaching sessions are held using Zoom Video Communications Inc., San Jose, USA.

Zoom processes participant data (such as names and email addresses) only to enable meetings. Data transfer to the U.S. is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and Zoom’s participation in the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Communication by Email or Phone

If you contact me by email or phone, your information is processed only for handling your inquiry and follow‑up questions.
